Since 2008, Corporate Rentals Inc. has risen the ranks and expanded to several countries, offering a plethora of real estate services. Its mission has been to make business travel easier, and to offer travelers luxury apartments in NYC and TelAviv. It has three primary entities:
David Harroch’s mission is to offer quick and simple solutions. He does this to both home buyers/renters and property managers.
He continues to seek alternative and modern ways that will make life easy for people.
One of the major driving forces for David Harroch is to give travelers a stress-free comfortable experience, which enables them to enjoy all the beauties of their new city. Back in 2008, before he moved to TelAviv for his MBA, David started Corporate Rentals Inc. The company’s mission was to establish and provide high-quality accommodation for business travelers. After moving to TelAviv in 2009, David took his company’s legacy along with him.
Corporate Rentals Inc. had started in New York, but expanded its reach when David got to TelAviv. After seeing the beautiful environment, friendly people, and empty, yet luxurious houses, David decided to pitch his business tent in TelAviv.

Since David’s vision is to help people enjoy a safe, fast, and convenient property renting service, he created a team, Corporate Rentals Inc., to dabble into property management. In the initial stages, this team started to handle the management of properties for small homes and hotels. However, as he met the specific needs of each client, David discovered that property management needed a faster, safer, and more digitized solution.
The vision of Corporate Rentals Inc. spread across cities between 2010 and 2015. The team started handling home rentals for individuals across major cities globally. In this light, they provided their diverse clientele base with property management solutions.
In 2015, after an extensive research, the team joined forces with salesforce to come up with a digital solution to property management. This solution aimed at making it easier for property managers to monitor properties from the comfort of their homes. It also focused on providing the best solutions to customers’ dynamic needs.
Through their partnership with salesforce, coupled with Booking Ninjas’ high standards and commitment to excellence, Corporate Rentals Inc., has morphed into three entities. All of the three entities focus on different niches of real estate.
David saw the magnitude of issues confronting the hoteliers and real estate managers, more than just having a fancy digital platform. This is what drove him to create a simple platform that solves all the knotty problems hoteliers and real estate managers constantly face.
In 2016, with businesses in New York and TelAviv, David saw it wise to focus on Booking Ninjas. Therefore, he shut down operations in TelAviv and New York, and moved operations to Miami. He saw tons of opportunities in Miami, and his irrepressible desire to work with a cloud-based system made his decision to move to Miami final.
While he was in Miami, David started two new real estate service companies, Rent Getaways and Buy Getaways. These two entities were designed to serve clients looking for vacation homes to rent, and luxury homes in Miami.

Around the year 2009, a team that was managing various properties turned to property management systems to ease their workload. However, they were in for a huge disappointment, as the systems were quite costly, and barely got the job done. If anything, they added more workload to what they had initially. This triggered the team to create their own system, and this is when they came up with one.
While this was a good step in the right direction, hence, a commendable project, there was still a lot to do. This system could not meet up with the ever-changing demands of digital management. This is where the discovery of salesforce became an added weapon to their arsenal.
In 2012, salesforce had everything needed to stay on top of digital trends, and could, therefore, undertake functions not accustomed to generic property management systems. After one year of much work and learning, the system shifted to the salesforce core to integrate its strength.
On using the completed project, the team realized it would be best to let other hotels and property businesses to benefit from it. Having the need to make it commercial, they knew that they needed a partner of standing authority. After confirming the match between them and salesforce, in terms of principles and core values, they met with the executives, and came up with a partnership.
After a good amount of work, more than enough research and analysis, and a partnership with salesforce, in 2016, they came up with a solution, which is the Booking Ninjas property management system.
